Jack was polite, friendly and helpful in helping me find the right resources needed for my home. He advised me on prices and gave me details of the job from start to finish. I don't usually like workmen in my home but I felt at ease with Jack because he has a calm and respectful demeanor about him. Jack was also patient with my availability in having the work conducted which I appreciated because I'm a busy person. Jack also extended himself in offering further support for my additional queries about other works. Jack was thoughtful and informative about what was needed. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and was competent. I would definitely recommend Jack to family and friends and use his service again in the near future. Contacted Jack in the morning explaining the problem I had with the main RCD tripping off continuously. After he made suggestions to determine the issue which I'd done Jack was able to come to my home that same evening. He arrived on time. During the whole process of detecting the fault he was clearly explaining what he was doing and what was happening regarding the fault. Jack was friendly and extremely tidy with his work and cleared up any little mess there was. The problem was found, resolved and clearly explained to me and further advice also given. I would most highly recommend JM Electrical.

Gave me various quotes for different options to install outdoor wall socket with RCBO/MCB options. Very efficient and did excellent job and happy I can now safely use 3 pin plug without need for extension lead.
